Individual coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs. Typically 50-55 minutes, with alternative options available when agreed upon and scheduled in advance.

Starting at $415

Packages of 3, 5, or 10 individual sessions, paid in full at a discounted rate. The package credits can be used for any scheduled session within one year of the purchase date.

Cost varies by group

A group of 4-8 people meet together on a weekly basis to process, support each other, and grow around a specific topic. Some topics include religious trauma, grief, and spiritual discovery. Typical program length is 8 weeks. Please contact me for upcoming groups.
