Reclaim your voice.
Rewrite your beliefs.
Rebuild your life.

Religion can harm instead of heal.

Religious trauma (or spiritual trauma) occurs when an individual experiences harm or abuse from religious beliefs, practices, or people within a religious context. It can leave deep marks—emotionally, mentally, and physically. The effects of this type of trauma frequently look like intense shame or self-criticism, chronic anxiety and hypervigilance, people-pleasing or fear of conflict, and an uncertain sense of self and identity.

Healing begins when you feel truly heard and understood by someone who knows how those experiences have impacted you and the pain they carry. Someone who validates that what you have been through wasn’t just a “disappointing religious experience”; you’re dealing with trauma that deserves thoughtful and compassionate attention.

What to Expect

Our work together will be a supportive, transformative journey, helping you untangle and process the impact of confusing or harmful religious experiences and beliefs, and what that means for your life now. You will learn to connect with your authentic self and explore what personal framework actually fits for you today.

Working with me is a collaborative and honest experience grounded in care. I draw from a range of modalities, including gentle processing, somatic movement, practical tools, and compassionate challenge when patterns are ready to shift. Whether in individual work or group programs, I create spaces that value honesty, consent, and curiosity—where nothing is off-limits, and nothing is forced. If you want to reclaim your voice, trust yourself, and move forward with more clarity, freedom, and self-compassion, let’s work together! You don’t have to walk this path alone.
